Under the wide skies of Puglia, surrounded by sculpted vineyards and centuries-old olive trees, Jéromine and Isaure celebrated their dream wedding in Puglia at Amastuola on June 7th, 2025.
Travelling from France with their family and closest friends, the couple chose our Masseria as the setting for a celebration that felt, in their own words, as though time had stopped. Their day blended French elegance with Mediterranean warmth — and, above all, music, which ran through every moment like a sacred thread. “Our wedding was a dream come true,” they told us. “We loved the authenticity of the moment; it felt as if time had stopped. The most unforgettable moment of the day was their Concerto Ceremony — a celebration where live music took centre stage and gave the entire day a sacred, elevated dimension. As the notes of the string quartet drifted across the vineyards, every emotion was amplified, turning the exchange of vows into something the couple and their guests would carry with them forever.

Chef Luigi’s cuisine, built on the quality of local Italian produce and his own genuine passion, gave guests a true taste of the region — a journey through Puglian flavours that many of them were discovering for the very first time. Paired with the estate’s own organic wines, born from the surrounding vineyard, every course became part of the experience rather than simply a meal.

For many of their guests, this was a first encounter with Puglia — and the region, and the Masseria, left a lasting impression. “They all spoke about the venue as a truly sublime and incredible place,” Jéromine and Isaure recalled. “Many were discovering Puglia for the first time, and they were absolutely blown away by the beauty of the region and especially by Masseria Amastuola. Even now, they still tell us how unforgettable it was.”
